•Oversaw subcontractor performance and commercial activities including reviewing price offers, contract negotiation, andissuing LOAs under FIDIC frameworks.
•Managed master schedules, identified delays, and implemented recovery actions through variation orders, site instructions, and EOT claims; enforced comprehensive HSE plans.

•Led site operations for a high-profile governmental development spanning 280, 000 m², including palace buildings, administrative facilities, security tunnels, infrastructure, and landscape works.
•Managed site teams and subcontractors across multiple work fronts; coordinated RFI, MIR, and shop drawing approvals within strict governmental protocols.
•Represented the contractor during inspections by high-level authorities, ensuring full compliance, project readiness, and adherence to protocol at all times.

•Supervised structural, architectural, and MEP works for a critical administrative facility (B+G+5 floors, 12, 000 m²), ensuring full compliance with nuclear safety regulations.
•Led multi-discipline site coordination covering infrastructure (sewer, potable water, LV networks, street lighting, roads); managed RFIs, MIRs, NCRs, and shop drawing approvals.
•Managed demolition, structural repairs, finishing works, and control room infrastructure; ensured full readiness for authority inspections within a high-compliance environment.

•Represented AFEA on-site for a mega residential development of 1, 047 buildings (G+5) across 750, 000 m²; monitoredcontractors compliance with specifications, standards, and timelines.
•Reviewed shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements; verified interim payment quantities andalignment with achieved milestones.
•Oversaw infrastructure and landscape works; maintained quality and progress control from client-side perspective across a large-scale multi-building development.

• Executed civil and finishing works for 8 high-rise towers (3B+G+11 floors + HC), 18, 000 m² total; supervised concrete
works, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing trades.
