• Develop the diesel workshop tools, test equipments, staff and technical information in order to be able to
repair EDC diesel fuel injection systems
• Responsible for following up with Bosch Company in order to apply Bosch Diesel Service Concept
• Discuss with the service center manager ideas that will bring about improvement and better
performance within the workshop
• Ensure complete and smooth information flow of all service-related documents within the department
• Ensure the technical library is kept up to date and used to the maximum
• Ensure special tools are used where applicable
• In every aspect set an excellent example of leadership through good conduct and continuous
further education
• Plan training programs for workshop engineers and technicians
• Develop an atmosphere in the workshop to maintain good morale and image
to the customer

• Design the hydraulic system for Motor Grader, Roller, Scissor lift and Lift gate
• Selection of the hydraulic components for the designed system from Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Danfoss,
Kawasaki and other hydraulic components suppliers
• Supervise the assembly process of the manufactured parts for a Wheel Loader and a Tricycle
• Assist in selection of the power pack for the Wheel Loader and Motor Grader
• Research for the different construction equipments hydraulic systems

• Responsible for workshop efficiency and repair quality
• Ensure that the general condition of jobs is checked during the course of the repairs
• Guarantee top quality performance through regular quality monitoring test
• Provide technical support to the service advisor, workshop engineers and the technicians
• Lead, inform and motivate workshop engineers and technicians
• Plan the daily workload
• Distribute the work orders according to the technicians ability and monitors the progress
of the job through the workshop
• Ensure that time spent for each job operation is kept within the official FRU guidelines after
consulting with the service advisor as well as with the customers
• Decide on the order extension and registers the additional FRU-instructions and the work description
in the workshop orders register
• Check the job card and ensures all individual job operations are invoiced along with related
sub-contracted bills
• Responsible for cleanliness of the workshop and general maintenance of all equipments and tools

• Offering diesel training for internal staff (A-part) and external staff (customers)
