1.Design the layout of warehouses.
2.Making goals of warehouse management and supervising the implementation on the time.
3.Work to reduce the storage spaces and reduce storage costs.
4.Follow up the implementation of health and safety procedures with in the store.
5.Seeing the receipt of containers imported and counting it and placing it in examination area.
6.Overseeing lists of items that have been checked before and put it in allocated places for it and adding it to SAP system.
7.Coordinating between the sales department and warehouse department regarding to orders customer required and asking for cars to transferring it.
8.Supervising the workers inside the stores during loading and UN loading and supervising cleaning inside the stores.
1. Material issue and receipt from raw material warehouse
2. Stock monitoring in warehouse.
3. making sure that stocks of material covering production orders.
4. Classify items ( dead items 'slow moving items and fast moving items)
5. Follow up the materials deadline stocks and zero level according E. R. P system and excel sheets.
5. arrange and classify material in ware hose applying FIFO&LIFO
6. monitoring material handling to and from warehouse
7. prepare daily documents and about raw material ware hose
8. Auditing safety procedures in warehouse location and validation of lifting tools and equipment.
9. Planning layout of warehouses
1. Follow up issuing material from ware houses and the reject of materials and adding new stocks.
2. Making sure that the stock of the material covering the order
3. Make and follow up requisition plan with purchasing department .
4. Check up the pipe lines and the delivery dates for all material
5. Receiving daily production forms from work centers and upload it to ( SAP )
6. Follow up production orders and deviation in production plan
7. Prepare daily report for production rate and reasons of deviation
1. supervising daily sales, purchasing and warehousing for all products in the store
2. controlling revenue and expenses using Arabic accountant program
