Comprises of the followings:

Project located in different five cities within Saudi Arabia (Riyadh - Khobar - Jeddah - Tabuk - Arrar) in each city a unique sub_project according to client requires.

The main responsibility is to manage and report to CEO periodical report for all the above mentioned sites to indicate actual cost against what planned in the previous period and the effect of such cost on the project margin in order to take either required or necessary action as a recovery plan.

This recovery plan is being managed by the following:

• Supervise and manage of issuance of Quarter Cost to Complete Report, this is based on actual expenditures, and forecasting cost for the remaining duration of the project.
• Gathering required information by coordinate with different company's department like procurement, financial, Q.S, PMV, payroll and depreciation, those information reflected on cost to complete report.
• Review and insure that allocation process implemented by cost controllers are properly done on system in order to reflect approximate realistic actual cost and therefore cost to complete determination, also re-allocation process done for those who mess allocated by any party.
• After finalizing of Quarter Cost to Complete Report, a revised budget was uploaded on system (ORACLE SYSTEM) corresponding to what being calculated to strictly hold the approved margin of the project in order to issue all related expenditures for the remaining duration of the project like P.Os, petty cashes, staff salaries (In case of exceeding actual cost than what indicated on system, budget amendment implemented in order to get CEO approvals before uploaded on system again)
• Make recommendations based on project circumstances to enhance profit as well minimize any loss incurred.
• Prepare and issue of monthly unbilled report, this report reflect the variance between what should be billed based on actual cost and actual billing up to date, this report was classified into unbilled categories in order to mention the reasons of unbilling.
• Provide any required report related to project expenditures like the followings:
o Saving Report: Any possible saving or loss may incur during execution process.
o Monthly S/C status: The status of S/C payments (Planned vs. Actual) based on each S/C progress.
o PR/PO report: to reflect the status of purchased materials.
o Productivity Report: to reflect the production rates of direct manpower.
o PMV Report: to reflect the production status of rented PMV or company’s PMV
