Responsible for all HR functions in MENA region and Turkey, reporting to Country manager and Global HR director.
Working with consultants in different departments under the supervision of HR consultant.
- OD Management:
- Create and update: Policies, SOP, KPIs, job analysis, job descriptions, forms,
needed plans and analyses, KSAs, strategic planning process, company’s structures and
OCs, work flow system and gab analysis.
- Talent Acquisition Management: (White and blue collars in construction and hospitality fields)
- Establish and applying policies, procedures, forms and plans.
- Headhunting seniority levels and talents.
- Develop and collect a pool of well-qualified and high potential candidates resume from different recruitment sources then screen, sort and filter all resumes.
- Post vacancies through our website and professional recruitment sites.
- Provide line managers with potential hires shortlist.
- Arrange and attend interviews with potential hires & line managers.
- Responsible for interviewing, issuing job offers and negotiations with candidates.
- Study and update the Manpower plan and succession planning program.
- Responsible for all Job fairs negations, preparation and implementation.
- Analyze turnover ratio.
- Build and update salary structure.
- Performance Management:
- Establish and applying policies, procedures, forms, plans and reports.
- Ensure that employees are understanding how their performance is being evaluated.
- Explain mission, vision, goals, values and KPIs to all employees and line managers.
- Maintain the different appraisals schedule and analyze all reports.
- Training & Development Management: (For one year only)
- Establish and applying policies, procedures, forms, plans and budgets according to employees performance, company's needs and TNA.
- Determine best participates, sources and places
- Plan and Implement Internships program.
- Working on: - Oracle database system.
- Start-up and establish HRM system according to ISO 9001 standards.
- OD Management: Create, prepare and collect: job descriptions, job analysis, KPIs,
KSAs, strategic planning process, Company and HR structures, OC, employees code.
- Personnel Management: - Vacations system, employees documents, IDs and records.
- Compensations & Benefits Management: - Update payroll system.
- Update and prepare social & hazards insurances system by negotiating with brokers and
different insurance companies about different insurances policies.
- Handle different allowances like transportation and meals.
- Recruitment Management.
- Training & Development management.
- Performance Management.
- Employees Relation Management: - Entertainment activities, events, announcements,
solving problems and respond to different queries from line managers.
- Responsible for investigating employees with Legal Affairs department.
- Prepare reports for salaries, vacations, overtime, employees paper, evaluations, claims.
- Working on: - Oracle database software and face ID (Hanvon) attendance system.
- Prepare attendance and over-time reports using HRIS.
- Documentation procedures.
- Working for 4 months in Marketing and Sales Department.
- Working on SAP ERP software: Add, edit and remove employees & contracts.
- Working on Excel spreadsheets: Create and edit: - Pivot tables.
- Working in maintenance and testing equipment at the company’s workshop and sites.
