Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer
needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
and services
Welcome and greet every customer in warm and friendly manner and
demonstrate Excellent customer service at all item with customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs through asking questions confidently recommend and
demonstrate appropriate products recommend link products at every sales
opportunity close the sale.
Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stock to store manager in order
to Replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
Coordinating sales with corporate sales division.
Forwarding the monthly report to the senior management, on fast moving / none
moving / forecast of items needed for future sales and stock on the floor.
Coordinating with purchasing department on shipments.
Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room
Area and maintain clean and organized wrap stands fitting rooms and stock area.
Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customer issue receipts
bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service.
Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange
police security health and safety policies.
