•Issuance of monthly salaries of the eastern & western region (around 500 employees).
•Discussing salary amendment of employees with the project & department managers to keep them complied with the S.T. in light of the last performance evaluation score.
•Handling end of service compensation such as salary & service compensation.
•Preparing & Keeping track of down payments vouchers.
•Checking eligibility and approving issuance of air tickets based on the approved benefits in the employment offer & contract.
•Auditing the monthly transaction such as annual leaves, additions, deductions & Gosi share which affects the monthly payroll.
•Preparing monthly reports about salaries, amendments, issued tickets & consumed leaves.

•Sourcing, Screening & short listing CV’s.
•Arranging interviews for candidates at any of Saud Consult’s Offices (Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah & Al Khobar).
•Negotiating & preparing employment offers for the selected candidates.
•Following up the approved nominees till they join the project and sending the needed joining letter to the owner.
•Conducting an orientation for the new joiners.
•Assure that all the new employees are added to the monthly invoice to be submitted to the owner.
•Preparing weekly reports for the concerned Vice President & Project Manager about the recruitment status, starters, leavers & total manpower of the project.
•Arranging with personnel, accounts & IT departments regarding the primary needs of the new employee such as Iqama, accommodation, computer facilities.
•Keeping track of leaves system and their impact on the payroll.
•Handling termination notices (within probation, end of contract)
