Strategic Duties: -
 Organization development by determine strategic goal and breakdown as short & long term
objectives for each department and set target for all employees aligning with all managers
 Delivering the KRAs and CSFs for all managers after discussed and approved from board member
 Working with board members on Balance score card
 Determine the departments KPIs then cascaded per employee
 HR planning specified the optimum number of employees ( Manpower planning )
 Ensure and support all department to make SOP to facilitate the Workflow
 Establish succession planning system
 Create attractive total reward system including pay structures and retention plan
Operational Duties: -
 Tracking HR Budget and discussed with Financial director about cost centers
 Make sure that talent acquisition process matching with EVPs standards
 Hiring managerial level staff and negotiating employment agreements.
 Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
 Attending daily operations meeting to know all issues
 Motivating and supporting current staff.
 Reviewing the performance for all HR team and setting individual performance plan
 Designing and directing training programs.
 Tracking the late, absence and turnover ratios and analysis the reasons to take right actions
Administrative Duties: -
 Reviewing the payroll and approved
 Confirming that all employee’s investigation implemented on time
 Confirming about archiving system (Hard and Soft copy).
 Confirming about social and governmental medical insurance status
 Treating with Labor and insurance offices
