•Serve as primary point of contact when there
are customer issues related to equipment
quality, customer service, accidents, mishaps
on-site and total loss cases; initiating corrective
actions
•Assure vehicles are delivered with end of
contract through the correct delivery processes
on forward to the CPO (Certified Pre-Owned)
Department.
•Establish and implement policies, goals and
objectives ensuring service levels are adhered
by all team members in a timely and
professional manner. Work with the team to
ensure that our service continuously exceeds
customer expectations at all times.
•Ensure MOI system is updated instantly.
•Follow that SOP (Service Operation
Performance) & Assure that is achieved & Advise if require a change to reach to highest Performance Level align with customer satisfaction and Company Policies.
•Review and approve all operational invoices
and ensure they are submitted for payment
•Liaise directly with the CRM /call center team
to establish business opportunities with new
and existing customers.
•Ensure customer complaints are handled and
resolved in a timely and effective manner.
•Examine financial data and use them to
improve profitability.

•Act as a sales Executive and do all sales Process from offering price till close the deal.
Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers in our premises to make decisions on their vehicles rental and leasing requirements.
Contact customers regularly to retain & increase leasing business for all brands.
Planning weekly/ monthly and yearly activities and monitoring its effectiveness.
Achieving sales and profit objectives as defined by the Manager/Management.
Promoting the brand, initiating new clients & business.
Establishing and maintaining relations with clients to improve repetitive business.
Facilitate and guide the clients for their requirements.
Gather and analyze competitor’s business activities and new products.

Provide customers the complete vehicle information with costs, terms and conditions. Prepare estimates, workout the cost of the automotive business or vehicles including insurance and taxes and legal fees. Prepare lease agreements with contract and lease terms, credits and warranties.
-responsible for presenting properties like vehicles to prospective clients. ... manage rental applications and keep an accurate sales record. Additionally, negotiate leasing terms and sales closure professionally.
1-Establishes & maintain good relationship with the existing customers and develops new prospects with potential customers in the sector
2-responsible for processing a high volume of products orders and issued invoices for all sales transactions
3-provides information and feedback to the clients about the advantages in dealing with company .
4-periodically checks prices and confirms the contracts followed are up to date
5-supports the sales force with daily sales admin activities in order to achieve the dept objectives
6-handles deals with high volume customers queries via phone and e-mail
7-ensures sales target are met and reports any deviations
8-stay up to date with the new products, features
9-provide necessary assistance to sales executive for the monthly payment collection of invoices
10-checks and verifies leasing charges based on the terms of contract
11-responsible for maintaining sales and customer records and updates the leasing agreements and contract in car-pro system timely without and delay
12- periodically checks the leasing contract overdue vehicles and report to sales manager for extension of the contract or receive back the vehicles from the contract
13-prepares monthly sales reports to submit to sales manager and sales results to sales team
14-checks and verify drafts memos and contracts prepared based on standard criteria
15- checks and verify vehicle PO
16-responsible for the timely communication of all relevant information to clients and internal Dp's to ensure a smooth workflow in all sales activities
17-maintains and keeps records of all leasing agrees, contracts and other related docs filed in properly and easily to retrieve ( E-FILING system )
i have a multi task roles in the company as per i work in two position firstly do work and business of secretary job reply on the inbound and outbound calls, , send mail to other company, , discuss the quotations with contractors, , send and receive the documents from governments facilities then i saved in archive section rely on the project which work on it .
secondly related to the accounting job which i monitoring cash flow in and out, , prepare the monthly salaries to the employees, , received the revenues which i divided the costs and expenses to comply with it, , issued the checks and payment voucher, , entry the general journal in the accounting program, , issued the letter of guarantee to the banks and letter of credit
beside all of above i manage the office in the circulation of documents, files, contracts prepare all requirement procedures of the bid bond ( tender) which the company will apply in it, , coordinate the archive for each project involved in it, , supervised monitoring the account of company in bank, , control on the transactions with subcontractors for their extracts, , clearances .
checking and browsing the CAPT site per day to be aware by new issue tender do list by them then escalate my report to the management to pick which tender may we apply or submit in it .
