• Supervising, and controlling Auditors team, including hiring, training, evaluating staff, and reviewing their working papers and reports to ensure professional audit standards, requirements etc....
• Perform Financial reporting including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure corrective actions are undertaken.
• Completing internal auditing by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for external auditors to carry out the external audit process monthly, quarterly and yearly end close.
• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Financial auditing (Journal entries - Cash movements - Transfers - Clients and Vendors invoices).
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Oversees the process of implementing the ERP systems.
• Creating and Developing Chart of Accounts, Cost Chart, analytical dimensions, documentation and records.
• Reviewing and approving payment requests (Vendors, Sub-Contractors and all company’s payable).
• Following up on the movement of fixed assets (Purchase - Depreciation).
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practice.
• Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
• Spotting errors and Suggesting developments to enhance all Accounting and internal control activities.
• Excellent Analytical and numerical skills to handle large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
• Training and development of local staff and ensure accurate succession planning.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Planning, organizing and coordinating the year-end close process with internal and external auditors.
• Assist in Preparing Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the company.
• Developing and maintaining Chart of Accounts, Cost Chart, Dimensions, documentation and records.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Reconciliation are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Following up on the movement of fixed assets (Purchase - Depreciation).
• Reviewing Claims, interim invoices and final invoices for Vendors, Suppliers and Consultants.
• Reviewing Contracts and approving payment requests (Vendors and all company’s payable, ……).
• Following up Letters of Guarantee and bank checks which covers the advance payments.
• Reviewing Model 41 quarterly (Withholding Tax) and Preparing Vendors annual withholding tax certificates.
• Financial auditing (Reconciling - Journal entries - Cash movements - Extract clients and Vendors invoices).
• Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing financial and costing reports by Collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and Wages for more than 50 projects.
• Analyze the direct & indirect costs related to each project and communicates it to the high management.
• Preparing the financial reports about (Cash in & Cash out) and Analyzing expenses.
• Preparing cost and Revenues reports for the projects and subsidiaries, preparing monthly reports and analyze direct & indirect costs related to projects and communicates it to the high management in the company .
• Reviewing customer’s invoices and preparing Aging reports and following-up Collect progress bills .
• Following-up letters of guarantee for primary and final applicable warranty and to be renewed and to address the bank respond to the letters that have been the end of their purpose .
• Preparing a memorandum Bank settlement monthly and doing the related necessary journal entries.
• Following the movement of fixed assets (Purchase - Depreciation) .
• Reviewing & matching the invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Reviewing and Preparing examination monthly value-added taxes (VAT) and determining exempted projects and revenue owed to pay off its value-added tax.
• Preparing Model 41 quarterly (Withholding Tax).
• Preparing annual withholding tax certificates and work volume certificates for suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
• Assisting in corporate income tax inspections and withholding tax.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly and yearly end close.
• Doing additional tasks required by Cost Manager and Financial Manager.
• Preparing financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, etc. for future reference purposes.
• Entering, updating, and retrieving accounting data from automated systems.
• Verifying accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Following-up Sites Accountants. • Reconciling Vendors interim invoices and final invoices.
• Following acceptable payment checks issued as security for some backing views reportedly owed them.
• Preparing a daily report to indicate cash balances of banks and notes receivable and cash management for available .
• Following-up letters of guarantee for primary and final applicable warranty and to be renewed and to address the bank respond to the letters that have been the end of their purpose .
• Preparing a memorandum Bank settlement monthly and doing the related necessary journal entries.
• Following the movement of fixed assets (Purchase - Depreciation) .
• Ensuring successful completion of the company’s tax filings.
• Preparing Model 41 quarterly (Withholding Tax).
• Preparing examination monthly added taxes and supporting monthly, quarterly and yearly end close.
• Doing additional tasks required by the Chief Accountant and Accounting Manager.
