• Performing spot checks on the branch cashier, investigating the reasons behind the trade deficit and the surplus.
• Monitoring the branch consumables and compare them with the stock return vouchers, and address the reasons of the variances, if any.
• Comparing the inputting of consumables between the actual and the system.
• Reviewing the patients transferring documents syndicates for client customers.
• Performing spot checkers the warehouse cashier, comparing them with the issuance & receiving documents.
• Participate in committee on the elimination of expired items.
• Participate in committee on the damages, fixed assets items, comparing them with supporting documents.
• Make a daily report on the violations that were noticed when visiting the branches.
• Perform physical count on fixed assets against fixed assets register.
