Manage the construction of residential-commercial compounds, Eastown and SODIC EAST projects, with a total budget of USD 945M.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Breakdown project’s deliverables based on the contract BOQ and assign budget,
- Manage contractors based on their performance to ensure the accomplishment of goals/ contract scope,
- Coordinate between the development requirements and construction team by managing in site circumstances,
- Perform delay analysis in connection with time claims,
- Review and conduct the top management plan/s to alert and/or highlight the current project status,
- Maintain the cost boundaries in safe limits to make sure that the project is going to be finished within budget by controlling contracts/ expenditures,
- Create fully loaded detailed schedules for all construction phases till handover,
- Create cash out and cash flow for running projects to anticipate the future performance,
- Create benchmarks for data gathering/ information level of details for all project;s phases to unify the analysis outcome throughout project life cycle,
- Ensure that the project controls team submit the correct information in the proper time,
- Participate in high level coordination, planning and decision making meetings, &
- Report on both weekly and monthly bases time and cost reports.

- Prepare actual expenses and financial reports that summarize project monthly expenditures,
- Resource allocation and leveling,
- Submit periodic progress reports, &
- Track and analyze procurement cycle for project deliverables.
