Duties:
Building a client relationship management for existing clients.
Building data base for potential clients.
Writing marketing emails & sending them to potential clients.
Follow up clients to determine their level of satisfaction.
Monitoring competitors and their activities.
Assisting in organizing promotional events.
Attending networking events & promoting the company.
Representing the Firm on attending the United Nation Global Compact (UNGC) Egypt network
meetings.
Studding different market to launch a new branch like Oman and Kuwait market.
Cooperating with the marketing team on creating an E-marketing plan.
Responsible for maintaining &updating the company’s website.
Responsible for recreating the Firm’s profile.
Creating and pursuance the company page on Face book and linked in.
Contact with Law firms advertising web sites for publishing the firm’s profile.
Pursuit for new business opportunities.
Planning to conduct alliances with foreign respectable Law Firms in order to produce our legal
services globally.
In charge of negotiation with foreign law firms to design the MOU agreements, and to
determine the responsibilities of each party.
Supervising on implementing the Firm’s Pro-Bono system by providing 50 hours monthly per
each employee as our commitment to the social responsibility.
Foundation Certificate in Marketing, the American University in Cairo, Egypt 2014. Coursework included: Marketing Research, and Contemporary Management.
