1) Contracts and Business legal and Regulatory support:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating detailed agreements of telecom infrastructure (circuits and
capacity lease, IRU), Telecom service (MSAs with detailed annexes, SLA, Interconnection,
Roaming), Cloud Computing agreements (IAAS, SAAS, PAAS) and IT projects (IP licenses,
EULA, and technicalsupport service agreements).
- Draft, review and negotiate the pre-contracts with business partners, enterprise customers,
operators, internationalcarriers, and Vendors, (such as NDAs, MOUs, and POCs).
- Draft, review, and negotiate the purchasing agreements, RFPs, POs, and performing the proper
audit on the same.
- Develop & customize the templates for the standardized commercial service agreements of the
wholesale enterprise and retail customers, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Advising the company's business units on the legal, and contractual risks, obligations, and points
in favor.
- Providing all kinds of legal support to the Business units TE Group (TE Data, Xceed, and Centra)
on legal and regulatory issues, to ensure that the group complies with all applicable laws and
