• Responsible for the sales deals with construction projects.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Increase company’s profit margin every year through a well developed sales and product delivery system.
• Provide direct customer services by informing them of products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and manage sales activities accordingly.
• Process payments in terms of cash, checks and credit cards.
• Welcome, pick up customers at airport, hotel or at appointed places timely.
• Provide Pre tour and safety briefing efficiency.
• Prepare and collect tour documents including tour itinerary, feedback form, suppliers’ contacts and other related requirements for the tour.
• Take care of the group, handling all the issues happening during the trip.
• Provide general information, explanation regarding tour destinations, visiting sites as well as culture, country facts, local tradition and other related to tour requirement.
• Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group; ensure compliance with company policy or tour regulations.
• Manage and prioritize safety for the trip, solve problems on spots.
• Provide and collect feedback forms and return to operation staffs.
• Manage efficient communication with back office.
• Well follow the Guide’s manual.
