Participated, from very beginning, in several development activities of the first Egyptian Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) currently under construction in the northwestern region of the Arab Republic of Egypt “El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant”.
Such participation includes:
• Energy planning for Egypt applying (IAEA MESSAGE Model)
• Reactor technology assessment
• Preparation of the Bid Invitation Specifications (BIS).
• Preparation of the EPC contract and negotiation with the Vendor.
• Define the Scope of supply of the Owner and the Contractor.
• Review the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) and Basic Design Documentation of the project.
• Preparation of the site infrastructure.
• Supervise the implementation of Owner scope of work.
• Preparation of grid connection requirements for introducing El-Dabaa NPP to the Egyptian power transmission network including development of conceptual Single Line Diagram for the project (Power Output Scheme).
• Coordination of the grid connection activities between different stakeholders (Nuclear Power Plants Authority (NPPA), Atomstroyexport (ASE), Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC), Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) and Worley “Consultant for NPPA”)

- Review and approve the electrical design documents and shop drawings for Phases 3, 5 and 6 of Al-Rehab city, new Cairo.
Supervise the construction of the electrical works at Phases 3, 5 and 6 of Al-Rehab city, new Cairo.
