-Prepare and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the banks policies and procedures and Resolve customer queries
-Coach and assist the Priority banking service RM at the branch to enhance productivity and achieve the set targets
-Cross-sell and refer business to other business of the bank (Business Banking, Treasury, )
