Leading Costing team in MENAT (4 plants in EGY + 2 Plants in Turkey).
Review COM before final submission to monthly financial statements.
Ensure COM & logistics cost reports are justified with enough commentaries after regular meetings with Plant managers
for the monthly SC review process to be able to trace back any excursions / exceptions.
Following up on “Factory Expense” across all plants to monitor spend and follow-up on the discipline of accruals.
Monthly meetings with AMEA boarding team to present MENAT results.
Managing cost saving initiatives/Capital assets projects and reporting actual results to management team.
Ensure all gaps highlighted from the Global Finance audit are closed to comply with the next audit.
Ensure inventory levels are monitored regularly and risks identified and shared.
Ensure Aged inventory, obsolete inventory, and damaged stocks are reconciled on a monthly basis.
Ensure all transactions with banks, Tax office, and governments institutions is to full compliance of Kellogg policies.
Ensure elements like write-offs related to Fixed Assets, Depreciation, etc. are accounted for in time.
Ensure stock-take, stock-counts are routinely carried out and any risks highlighted and shared.
Ensure the Rayong plant budgeting process is conducted efficiently and within the specified timelines.
Actively participate in all tenders calculations, business-related projects, and share simulations to support project decisions.

Leading Costing team in 52 factories ( +40 headcounts in Costing dpt.) in Yemen (
Dairy Factories, FMCGs, strategic & Bulk goods).
Leading factory forecasts (Quarterly/yearly forecasts) and reporting actuals to Board
of Directors and Chairmen in Dubai and London.
Managing cost saving initiatives and reporting actual results to management team.
Business partner to Supply chain, Marketing and procurement in all financial topics.
Training and developing local teams in Yemen.
Leading SAP implementation in Yemen Factories.
Controlling Inventories, Consumptions and monthly/yearly closing process.
Approving monthly and yearly closing tasks and presenting results to boarding team.
Leading auditors tasks in Costing part.

Leading Operations Finance Team in Cairo Office.
Advising Operations management Team, by supporting factory strategy and effective cost
management incompliance with PMI P&P as well as US GAAP.
Lead factory Rolling Forecasts/Budget revision and validation process, control monthly
budget, propose cost reduction initiatives and report Operational and financial KPI's.
Manage reporting Operations KPI’s activities and propose cost reduction savings initiatives.
Challenge and present overall Financial results specifically during OB/RF cycles.
