 Ensure elements like write-offs related to Fixed Assets, Depreciation, etc. are accounted for in time.
 Ensure stock-take, stock-counts are routinely carried out and any risks highlighted and shared.
 Ensure the Rayong plant budgeting process is conducted efficiently and within the specified timelines.
 Actively participate in all tenders calculations, business-related projects, and share simulations to support project decisions.

Dairy Factories, FMCGs, strategic & Bulk goods).
 Leading factory forecasts (Quarterly/yearly forecasts) and reporting actuals to Board
of Directors and Chairmen in Dubai and London.
 Managing cost saving initiatives and reporting actual results to management team.
 Business partner to Supply chain, Marketing and procurement in all financial topics.
 Training and developing local teams in Yemen.
