Working hand-to-hand with top Executive team to align company's technology transformation efforts with organization's strategy, lead business automation and implement client focused technology initiatives; also support their strategic and operational decisions by providing the required control tools, reporting framework and visibility of data and process KPIs.
Leading the solution design and implementation of Infor ERP products including Infor M3 ERP, Infor Human Capital Management, Infor Expense Management, Infor Business Intelligence, Infor Ming.le (corporate collaboration platform), Infor Process Automation (workflow engine) and others.
As a project manager and consultant, I managed and provided consultations service in strategy formulation, strategy implementation, marketing strategy development and business automation services. I was involved since the early stage of opportunity going through all the phases for solution design, proposal development, opportunity closure, service delivery and after sales retainer plans and support.
During which, we were assigned to manage and execute the third phase of one of the leading consulting programs in the ICT sector (GROWIT); since I already have PMO experience in earlier phase of the same program, I was assigned to help building the new phase and designing the new approach of the implementation. I assisted the program manager in beneficiary selection, consultants’ recruitment, reporting framework design, implementation process design, standardizing deliverable, quality control, stakeholders reporting and more.

During my work with Infor Egypt (formerly known as Accentia ME and recently acquired by Infor); I provided business and software consultation services to clients in distribution, manufacturing and MRO industries; I demonstrated deep functional expertise in sales and supply chain domains throughout the implementation of Infor M3 ERP products and tools.
In the capacity of a business consultant and project manager, I worked closely with clients' CXOs and Executive management throughout the full project life cycle (pre-sales, implementation and support) to ensure best solution design, smooth transition and successful transformation project.

In a partnership with Atos Consulting, Arthur D. Little, Hewitt Consulting and QAI, the consortium was geared to implement hundreds of management best practices for 30+ ICT companies in the largest consultation program in the ICT industry (GrowIT).
My role in the program management office was to empower the program managers in maintaining accurate information of the program progress, efficiently utilizing the capacity of the assigned consultants, developing the process of the program execution, and developing reports and presentations for the steering committee and other stakeholders.

From being a training coordinator to managing the company's training and outsourcing operations; in less than three years, I was able to lead the full operations team and lead many organizational development initiatives.
