im responsible for about production and preparing daily, month and weekly planing and production report>i follow up it im responsible for about the upvc pipes mixing and i have good experince in make any mixing for any filler ratio and im responsible for abut operation all production line ( pvc and mixer and i have good techniecal for recycle all escrabs pipes whith keebing good quality testing for it>

:- I'm production engineer canal factory and I'm responsible for about production work plains and carry out work orders .
and I'm Follow up report out put to the factory manager and follow up the(U.P.V.C) pipes production lines such as (patten Feld Germany constrains and I'm responsible for about production planning and production balances full and quality testing it .
I'm responsible for about the crushers and grinder for( u.p.v.c)deficts pipes materiel.
I have experience for about operation system for this all machine and I follow up work constant contact with the sales department to find out the needs of the market and I have experience for recycle (u.p.v.c) materiel (White&grey) pipes.

-First Work: - Im production eng i was responsible for follow-up production
operations of
the ropes and all type of cleaning brushes this
manufacturing of (P.P), (P.E.T), (P.A)
(H.D.P.E), and (L.D.P.E) of plastic materials extrusion.
- And I was responsible on quality standards...also I was responsible on production and raw materials planning of the production lines which consists of ( Dryer - Extruder Machine “single Screw” \[autofeeder\] capacity 60 to 200 kg/hr- cooling Tank- stretching roller - Steam Tank - Boiler -air blower- Roller and Twisters Machine ) Italy construction .

-Second Work: - I was a Production engineer in (U.P.V.C) and (P.E) pipes & profiles factory in the field of plastic extrusion and I was follow-up production line status.
- Specially I have a good experience about methods of mixing (U.P.V.C) such as pressure, cable & swearing pipes and doors&windos profiles.
- I have good knowledge about pipes defects and it's troubleshooting.
- I have a good technical experience in operating production lines parts which consists of (Extruder Machine "twins screw "\[auto feeder\] Germany & Italy construction - Die - Vacuum Tank - Spraying Tank - Haul off - Saw and socketing Machine).

-third Work : - I m Production engineer in machinery unit and im responsible for follow up technical design drawing and stages of the manufacturing plastic recycle machines such as:

* Rigde and soft plastic crusher machine for (P.P) (P.E) (P.E.T bottle) max power 40 hp.
* Film machine 60~ 100 cm screw and barrel available 1.5~2 meter max power 30 hp.

* And I have good experience in operating and trouble shooting for this machine


-fourth Work : - I m Production engineer in extrusion factory sheet I'm responsible for follow-up stages of the manufacturing \{the path tubes, Jacuzzi, (U.P.V.C) composed doors, and its profiles, protective bobble film, (P.V.C) wooden film and lighting distribution sheets production\}. This all product made of (U.P.V.C)(P.V.C), (LDPE), (ABS),
(PMMA), (PS), (PC). Plastic material
- Specially I have a good technical experience in operating all this machines. (Extruder & thermo forming)
