As supply chain -Procurement executive
• Use the monthly/quarterly Materials Requirements Plan (MRP), to implement the purchasing plan for both local and foreign raw materials in quarterly /monthly basis to determine what & when material to be ordered and the quantity according to sales forecast and raw materials consumption rates, looking at FG Stocks in all branches / warehouses, notice the min, max RMs & PMs stocks and ROP in all branches taking into consideration in season and out season.
• Continuous sourcing and approve new reliable suppliers for the RM to improve costs, quality, and get the best possible service and payment terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices, with proper lead time's delivery, and quality, out of the multiple quotations got.
• Approve and follow up Purchase orders made up-on the purchasing process starting from inquiries to PO’s for RM’s, which related to local and foreign vendors.
• Follow up the Logistics team and delivery process with the Suppliers, clearing agent and warehouses sections.
• Review the landed cost for received imported RMs to insure getting the best benefit out of clearance and transportation process to eliminate any wastes.
• Monitoring the actual consumption rates of RMs & PMs, to decrease the wastage ratios, or over stocks and put the required corrective actions.
• Coordinate with marketing, and sales managements for the new products, and for the sales promotions, to plan the RM requirements accordingly, and follow up the production/Sales plans for the new products.
• Co-ordinate with R&D Research & Development and QC in updating product structures, or developing new materials.
• Responsible for Inventory management, Stock control, material flow and allocation inbound factory.
• Issue and monitors weekly report (Movement of Sales, Stocks of(RMs, PMs, FGs), DPR), and monthly reports (GRN, Item inflation, Vendor service level, Stock Balance, Top 20 Materials, orders fulfillment rate).
• Held regular meetings with suppliers to discuss the prices, and to share with their sides our requirements in near/medium future, and get any update from the market.
• Implement and join improvement projects.
• Develop subordinators by giving the full information and the required training courses to reach the optimum level required to get the job done efficiently.
• Cooperating with Store manager to organize the RM, PM stores according to KANBAN system, to absorb any stock increasing taking in consideration space, and min/max stock constrains.
• Prepare the annual suppliers evaluation report according to the suppliers' performance during the month (Delivery dates, quantities, and quality approval/rejection reports ….etc).
• Ensure timely deliveries of local JIT packaging materials by proper co-ordination with vendors
• Monitor and follow -up status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Issue and follow up the entire PO’s for RM’s, which related to local OR foreign vendors.
• Follow up the delivery process with the purchasing and warehouses sections.
• Responsible for material flow and allocation inbound factory.
• Stock control for Raw and consumables.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices, lead delivery times, and quality.
• Continuous sourcing for main suppliers of the RM to get best prices or better quality.
• To procure the Company's requirements (Material and Services) in timely manner, with competitive price, and in line with the procurement procedures to ensure smooth working flow.
• Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Process approved requisitions,
• Prepares purchase orders and sends copies to vendors and to originating departments .
provide the needs of the company for tools, spare parts, safety .equipment's, Uniform and Machines.
