• Acting as Client Representative.

• Applying and follow up the Preventive Maintenance according to schedules, manuals and plans.
• Member of Corrective Maintenance Team: Inspect, Investigate and take action for any incident or emergency events
• Reviewing and update the maintenance manuals to achieve synchronization and capability with the operating conditions.
• Reviewing and preparing the Semi-Overhaul Maintenance Plan under Supervision of Maintenance Manager.

• Supervise the electrical modification for all 20 Trains according to NAT and ECM request.
• Survey, arrangement and finalized all remaining material to handover it to Warranty and Maintenance offices.
• Arrangement and finalized the documentation for closing the production stage of the project and submit it to Head Office.
• Support the Warranty and Maintenance Offices to solve technical issues.
Project: Cairo Metro Line No. 1
• Responsible for following final tests (Dielectric test, Function Tests "Electrical & Pneumatic", Water test and Weight test).
• Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures.
• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of product.
• Participate in solving the problems facing the project according orientations of the local management of the project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Project: Cairo Metro Line No. 1
• Responsible for installation and assembling of electrical equipment, machineries, wiring connections and other electrical works.
• Follow QA & QC activities for ensuring quality in the processes of the product.
• Participate in solving the problems facing the project according orientations of the local management of the project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Managing, supervision support and commission electrical works and smart home systems for private villas and apartments to meet the needs of consumer in accordance to electrical specification and codes.
• Proposal for electrical works and low current systems specific design drawings and shop drawings
• Estimating cost for construction projects, or engineering services to aid management in bidding on or determining price of construction or service.
• Presenting the technical and financial study accompanied by a time estimation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Design automatic control systems for workshops and small factories with classic control circuits (contactors, overload relays, timers and different switches) as required, Which allowed me to gain some experience in pneumatic systems.
