Responsibilities:
- Oversees Organizational design, restructuring/downsizing that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
- Developing, implementing, communicating and monitoring the Organizational Chart.
- Prepare & maintains Authority Matrix align with Organization Chart changes.
- Prepare/Review HR Policies and Procedures.
- Compiles information of all the jobs to prepare/maintains Job Descriptions periodically.
- Drafts OD & Workforce Planning process flows, and documents changes and improvements.

- Prepare and Implement HR Initiatives.
