Lead the Parts Sales department to achieve the Sales Target with the Max revenue. Expand the Company Portfolio by adding new Heavy machinery Parts lines and new Suppliers.
Mange, Develop HC products lines. And work with the Sales team to research, recommend, and promote the Parts Product to customers. responsible for communicating with Company Dealerships subject matter experts as needed. And works with the Parts Department to manage inventory and stock levels for the Parts Product.

Based on the Experience I had in Heavy machinery Field, HC top management request to Manage the Service and parts for Equipment Rental department. The fleet Contains more than 100 Machine from different Well Know brand
The main Rule to develop the Spare parts Class, Enhance the Stock availability, Minimize the Slow-moving and dead stock item. Provide the Sales and PSSR team with the support needed against the Competitors.
