- Supervision of Civil, MEP and Finishing Works on site with keen attention for target attainment in time frame - Management of Construction Team including Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, QC Engineers, Design Team, Safety Engineers & Officers, etc. - Finalization of Monthly Progress Payments and Certification of Subcontractors Monthly Payments - Monitoring of Project Progress and ensuring the Quality guidelines are followed throughout the Construction - Ensuring Safe Work Practices on Site - Attending weekly and monthly progress meeting with the Client and Consultant - Supervision of field engineers and providing technical assistance as and when required, especially for Work Inspections by the Client / Consultant - Preparation of correspondences with the Consultant, Client, Subcontractors and Suppliers - Reviewing of Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc. for obtaining Consultant / Client Approvals - Coordination with the Consultant / Client to expedite pending responses on Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, Work Inspection Requests, etc. - Coordination with Procurement Department, Engineering Department, Accounts Department, etc. to ensure their schedules are matching with the project requirements - Planning of Material Deliveries, Manpower Requirements, etc. - Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports for submission to the Consultant and the Client identifying the areas of concerns and expecting difficulties in the phase of construction - Finalization of Change Order Requests (Variation Orders)
