Field Maintenance Coordinator at Ericsson

. Preserving the stability of NSN trunk network with a full efficiency and prevent any outage in network.
• To ensure all team members follow Ericsson/local regulations of standard safety and health.
• Investigate Trunk alarms which are received from NMC TRM or display in SOA (Service On Access).
• Remote monitor and troubleshoot for all Trunk nodes.
• Responsible in managing field maintenance teams and collects the sites data and preventive maintenance (PM) reports from the field.
• Forward alarms to FM Engineer if necessary, then follow up and Support them until clearing the alarm within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Send corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) reports accordance to Ericsson agreement with a customer.
• Request spare part from customer and coordinate until returning the faulty spare part.
• Attend meeting with customer and BSD FM Manager, then prepare minutes of meeting when required.
• Investigate and analyzes the NSN performance report to clarified trunk network issues.
• Calculates and analyzes network down time, and justifies the down time which exceeded SLA
• Create monthly performance for trunk FM ASPs.
• Take corrective action towards FM ASPs if delay in providing excellent service.
• Monitor and manage the performance of FSO team in trunk field maintenance and report good or bad performance if necessary.
• Managing and increasing FSO KPIs and taking the business forward, and train the new and old resources within FSO.
• Validate the compliance to OHS regulations.
• Any other responsibilities based on the work requirements.

Commissioninig Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks

My position is a Microave commissioning engineer at the BCS Team. I am familiar with the following equipments (Installation, commissioning, upgrade, Integeration, testing and troubleshooting :
SRT1F, SRALXD, SRA4 and HIT7035.
I am responsible from performing all the needed tests in order to put the site on air using the following instruments:
• Link analyzer (transmitter & reciever).
• Signal generator & spectrum analyzer.
• Power meter.
• Frequency counter.
• BER tester (SDH analyzer).
Moreover I have been involved in the troubleshooting and maintance activities including monitering the network performance through Netviewer to demand the best quality of sevice in addition to collect, analyze and troubleshoot the network problems as a member of the care team .
