manage the running projects, time and cost analysis, Providing weekly and monthly reports, Solving project management problems within the company, Prepare the company plans and projects visibility and forecasting considering the projects and customers objectives and goals, ensure smooth implementation, target achievement and customer satisfaction with full engagement and follow-up with our clients.
. Preserving the stability of NSN trunk network with a full efficiency and prevent any outage in network.
• To ensure all team members follow Ericsson/local regulations of standard safety and health.
• Investigate Trunk alarms which are received from NMC TRM or display in SOA (Service On Access).
• Remote monitor and troubleshoot for all Trunk nodes.
• Responsible in managing field maintenance teams and collects the sites data and preventive maintenance (PM) reports from the field.
• Forward alarms to FM Engineer if necessary, then follow up and Support them until clearing the alarm within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Send corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) reports accordance to Ericsson agreement with a customer.
• Request spare part from customer and coordinate until returning the faulty spare part.
• Attend meeting with customer and BSD FM Manager, then prepare minutes of meeting when required.
• Investigate and analyzes the NSN performance report to clarified trunk network issues.
• Calculates and analyzes network down time, and justifies the down time which exceeded SLA
• Create monthly performance for trunk FM ASPs.
• Take corrective action towards FM ASPs if delay in providing excellent service.
• Monitor and manage the performance of FSO team in trunk field maintenance and report good or bad performance if necessary.
• Managing and increasing FSO KPIs and taking the business forward, and train the new and old resources within FSO.
• Validate the compliance to OHS regulations.
• Any other responsibilities based on the work requirements.
My position is a Microave commissioning engineer at the BCS Team. I am familiar with the following equipments (Installation, commissioning, upgrade, Integeration, testing and troubleshooting :
SRT1F, SRALXD, SRA4 and HIT7035.
I am responsible from performing all the needed tests in order to put the site on air using the following instruments:
• Link analyzer (transmitter & reciever).
• Signal generator & spectrum analyzer.
• Power meter.
• Frequency counter.
• BER tester (SDH analyzer).
Moreover I have been involved in the troubleshooting and maintance activities including monitering the network performance through Netviewer to demand the best quality of sevice in addition to collect, analyze and troubleshoot the network problems as a member of the care team .
Duties and responsibilities:
• Ensure the implementation of the Company Policy and standards.
• Commissioning and Reconfiguration of Marconi MDRS 155EC.
• Testing Antenna Waveguides using Sitemaster (anritsu).
• SDH analyzing using SDH analyzer.
• Good experience in Expansion and troubleshooting Marconi MDRS 155EC.
• Preparing the site to be ready for acceptance with hight quality of service.
I have been working with ICTS (Ericssson subcontractor) Company at the position of Engineer, my duties and responsibilities included:
• RBS (Radio Base Station) Engineer - In charge of RBS 2000 series equipment installation, Power System and GSM antenna Installation, RBS testing, IDB loading, Site Integration.
• Acceptance of the RBS and Transmission, Provisional and Finalization, with the client.
• Involved in over 100 sites since the start of the project.
• ERICSSON Mini link (E, high capacity, Traffic Node). Installation & configuration.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of ERICSSON GSM system.
• Testing GSM antennas using sitemaster (anritsu and bird).
• Road Coverage sites (installation and integration).
• Marconi system (MDRS 155EC) trunk installation, alignment and maintenance (zain project)
