Job Description:
 Inspections for tank foundations, underground utilities, sleepers, pipe racks, roads, finishing works in buildings, materials, etc...
 Writing ITPs for underground utilities, concrete works, finishing works, etc.
 Writing and reviewing method statements for concrete works, underground utilities and testing.
 Generating key performance indicators (KPIs) for several project scopes.
 Responsible for the handing over of the executed works (writing handing over reports, red marking for as built drawings, etc...)
 Reviewing TPI (Third Party Inspection) reports and NDT (None-Destructive Testing) test results.
 Issuing QA/QC NCRs in line with the project QA/QC plan.
 Document management (supervising the document controlling system).
 Representing MID in external and internal audits.

 Writing specifications for the followeing projects:
o Al-Reem 1 tower /Abu-Dhabi; a residential tower consisting of 32 floors located in Al-Reem island Abu-Dhabi with an estimated cost of 200, 000, 000 AED.
o Al-Reem 2 tower/Abu-Dhabi; a residential tower consisting of 17 floors located in Al-Reem island Abu-Dhabi with an estimated cost of 150, 000, 000 AED.
 Replying on bidders inquiries and issuing addendums.
 Communicating with the suppliers in UAE.
 Preparing an Engineering/Designer services claim for Marsa Zayed project in Aqaba.
 Preparing the Monthly reports for Marsa Zayed project in Aqaba.

 Site inspections for concrete, earth and finishing works.
 Monitoring and inspecting all post tension slab works executed by the subcontractor (Freyssinet).
 Generating weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Reviewing shop drawings and method statements in addition to document and material submittals.
 Issuing HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) and QC (Quality Control) NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
 Issuing site memorandums.
 Monthly revisions on the project baseline to assess progress and completion percentages.
 Updating the status reports for all project components.
 Attending monthly and weekly project management meetings.
 Attending monthly risk assessment meetings.
 Coordinating with the PM (Hill International).
 Summarizing all correspondence related to variation orders and claims.
 Contract control.
