o Designing and developing new control systems for paper mill (Tissue Paper) .
o Maintaining and modifying existing systems (ABB DCS & Drives).

o Dealing with the most known instruments like Rosemount, Foxboro, o Yokogawa, Endress&Hauser, Spriano, Fisher, Metso, And Masonielan.
o Configure and calibrate all kinds of instruments.
o Arrange the work of external testing and calibration for the Instrumentation in the factory.
o Troubleshooting for the DCS Hardware and software and the marshaling cabinet.
o Maintaining all the instrumentation on the utilities like YorkShiply boiler, IGLOO chiller and Ingersoll rand compressor and its control panel.
o Monitoring the instruments spare parts stocks in the stores and ordering it.
o Design if needed any control panel for the equipments and motors and execute it.
o Reporting the section activities to the technical department manager.
o Applying the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Standards.
o I’ve being included in the expansion project for the chlorinated paraffin plant and my role was:
a) Checking the P&ID and ensure that all instruments have been purchased.
b) Prepare the I/O list for the plant.
c) Making a full description of the interlocking system.
d) Evaluate the technical specification of the purchased instruments.
