• Read the tenders and calculate the estimation cost and prepare the quotation price and conformity sheet, Layout drawing and required materials.
• Interface with customers to understand and document development and Technical requirements.
• Work with sourcing to select manufacturing technologies and vendors. Identify Quality Assurance requirements. Support Sales and Agency Customers by troubleshooting and resolving field issues.
• Prepare BOMs (bill of materials) And Drawings with Design engineer for each project.
• manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Submittals / approvals with clients and consultants.
• Prepare time schedule with planning engineers for each project.
• Track the clients invoice according to the work completion and submit for payment.
• Preparation and finalization of supply request / purchase order for all required equipment’s / machineries complying with the contract documents. (As per client requirement).
• Coordinate with all the suppliers for appropriate delivery of materials keeping the view not to delay project
• Keeping a good relationship with the client and to provide a challenging work progress with full satisfaction of client.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Coordinating with Fabrication Engineers & supervisors under fabricating.
Design Engineer
• Read the tenders and make conformity sheet, Layout drawing and required materials.
• Make the DRWING for each project using AutoCAD / Solidwork.
• Prepare BOMs (bill of materials) for each project.
• Coordinating with Fabrication Engineers & supervisors under fabricating.
CAD/CAM Process Engineer
• Programming and Supervising CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, Punching, Laser cut and Sheet bending Machine).
• Using CNC software : Power Mill, Feature CAM, MAESTRO-Libellula, Si CAD, Si Cam and NC Express
• Supervising Programmers and Operators.
• Good experience in Steel fabrications, Sheet Metal works.
• Design new products from concept to production.
• Interface with Marketing and customers to understand and document development requirements.
• Create innovative design solutions.
• Make design models in 3D CAD. Make design drawings, supervise drafting activities, review and approve engineering drawings.
• Manage design projects.
• Coordinate prototype build, test, and evaluation.
• Work with sourcing to select manufacturing technologies and vendors. Identify Quality Assurance requirements. Support Sales and Agency Customers by troubleshooting and resolving field issues.
• Revise comments on the drawings from fabrication engineer and resubmit it or issued it for fabrication.
