My duties and responsiblties include:
1. Restructure the division to convert the operation from being based on individuals to an operation that is built around functional departments with a clear organisation chart and set responiblity limits.
2. Resolve operational problems as they ariseand try to elminate issues before they turn into a bigger problem, such problems maybe technical issues, HR problems, financial, etc.
3. Contract managememt and claims preperation.
Bouraq Systems is a company that provides system integration services.
My responsiblities include but not limited to:
1. Business development
2. Co-ordnating ongoing projects and ensuring timely completion, starting from generating system drawings and specifications to procurement and finally installation
3. Handling legal and financial matters pretaining the company
4. Supporting product development
My primary responsibilities included:
• Generation of user manuals and product instruction guides.
• Generation of product brochures and data sheets.
• Generation of product BOM.
• Market analysis to understand the needs and help in directing the development of new products.
• Developing the go to market stratgey.
1. Talk with consultants, E, P, C's, and endusers to specify CBL products in their projects
2. Work with contractors to help them install CBL Products
3. Help develop new products
1. Engineering role (I&C Discipline):
a. Generation of technical specification
b. Generation of engineering drawings
c. Generation of calculations
2. Technical co-ordination:
a. Prepration of project weekly & monthly progress reports
b. Administrate design review sessions
c. Participated in SIL & HAZOP sessions
Assigned to a project "Communication System in Baghdad", my respondinlities included:
1. Remote support and troubleshooting of all commumication networks in Iraq
2. Installation of new networks for several projects in Kuwait
