Company Overview
Al-Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company was founded in 1976 by Societe Nationale D’Assurances (now Allianz-SNA) and is one of the leading insurance companies in Jordan with business activities that include the full range of Life, Medical, Marine, Motor, Fire, Engineering, Liability and General Accidents insurances. May 2006 witnessed a major step for Al-Nisr Al-Arabi through a Strategic Partnership with the Arab Bank, whereby the bank acquired a majority stake in Al-Nisr. Consequently, the new partnership created between the Allianz Group and the Arab bank through Al-Nisr Al- Arabi is a major initiative that includes the launching of a full Bancassurance operation in Jordan, and which promises to propel the company into a higher level of growth and profitability.
Duties
•Generate business through high professional sales techniques learnt from the advanced training provided by the company.
•Maintain an excellent level of service to existing clients in order to generate cross selling and up selling opportunities, obtain leads from existing clients and minimize policy cancellation.
•Follow up on client’s requirement and issues with the various departments in the company.
•Produce regular reporting on sales activities are required by the management.
•Achieve targets for the life and non-life production in a consistent manner and according to contractual obligation.
•Any additional tasks assigned by the management.
• Create new market opportunities.
• Coordinate and follow-up with clients, partners, and vendors in the various markets.
• Effectively manage client relationship.
• Effectively manage partner relationship.
• Arrange and conduct customer sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Participate in expos, conferences, and trade shows.
• Establish strategic initiatives for large high-value client relationships.
• Work in coordination with the related BD/sales team.
• Report and communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner on sales activities.
• Make and accept customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, while providing honest, sincere and courteous assistance to the customer’s needs. This includes necessary follow up to insure that the customer’s expectations are met, or exceeded.
• 2008-2012: B.Sc. in Accounting & Commerical Law Rating ( Good), Hashemite University.
