Trade operation LC unit
Control, identify and supervise over all section’s activities and services.
Review Import L/C’s & L/G’s applications and Export L/C’s texts’ terms and conditions, and Import L/C settlement transactions.
Implement policy and procedures of NCB as well as the country’s rules and regulations.
Authorize all daily transactions, indemnifying risk and quality/correctness of the process.
Ensure that commissions and fees due to the Bank are collected and recorded correctly, consistent follow /up of the overdue commissions are maintained.
Participate in the development of Operations Strategy and execute according to the Management’s guidelines.

Export L/C settlements and discounting.
Export L/C documents covering letter preparation and its system booking (complied/ clean documents OR discrepant documents).
Reply all the inquiries and also accepted documents claim at maturity.
Telex transfers & SARIE (Local) transfers.
Import L/C settlement transactions.
Import L/C documents negotiations.
Import L/C documents control.
Bill of Collection documents control.
Internal Dept. A/C’s proof control
Create a computerize database for customer s complains and inquiries and making the all Considered reports about customers situations.
Solving complaints of customers.
Analyzing customers expectation by visit, calling, e-mailing and report it to the considered department.
