Leading a team that consists of 14 persons
•Responsible of Card Fraud Unit Risk & fraud and for monitoring (Debit and Credit) MasterCard, Visa and prepaid Cards, mobile wallet application and internet banking.
•Responsible for monitoring merchants (Acquiring monitoring - POS) daily transactions (Approximately 500 k daily transactions) and take decision to hold merchants funds until investigation
•Responsible of risk and fraud for the Acquiring division (online Merchants) through MIGS system.
•Responsible of risk and fraud for the Acquiring division (online Merchants) through Cyber Source system.
•Responsible for (Visa/MasterCard) monitoring Cards Products 24/7 on real time basis using Visa and MasterCard Risk monitoring tools.
•Responsible to set and enhance suitable risk parameter for all products Issuer/acquirer, mobile wallet and internet banking.
•responsible for any significant change in monitoring tools or criteria and impact to mitigate fraud risk
•Alert to any emerged fraud & risk cases 24/7.
•Daily revising all the risk reports for acquiring and issuing divisions.
•Review MO/TO transactions documents and check it before processing the transactions.
•Daily Check on the alerts from MasterCard and VISA (CAMS).
•Contact issuer banks to confirm suspected transactions by phone, email and fax before in the authorization phase.
•Analyze the transactions behavior from the acquiring side.
•Our Fraud unit is helping our police authorities to arrest many gangs.
•In case needed card fraud unit coordinate with legal department and local fund police authority for complete fraudster arrested.
•Responsible for PCI compliance from issuer and acquirer sides.
•Responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annually reports for all the department achievements and commitments reported to high management.
•Excellent Communicating MasterCard/Visa International in any issues.
