• Prepare the feasibility study for the new business of chocolate
• Searching and evaluate location of shops to meet the vision of growth projection to be globally branded
• Creatr the interior design style for more than one location
• Sourcing of raw material involve in the business, furnished the factory with low cost machineries to start with
• Handling overseas market, chocolate shop accessories, (small quantities with cost of MOQ prices)
• Manage the expediting of specialized manpower, materials and equipment
• Supervise the activities of all construction projects activities including determining schedule, schedule of values, subcontractor selection, and submittal approvals

(Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Skylight, Space-frame, Spider System, company)Develop the skylight section, Manage the expediting of specialized materials and equipment
•Develop and maintain good relationship with General contractors, Architects, Consultants
•Ensure compliance with contract requirements
•Supervise the activities of all construction projects activities including determining schedule, schedule of values
•Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., delays, change orders)
Direct pre-construction services and activities(e.g., Re-design for submittal approvals
•work collaboratively with managers to ensure project(s) is procured and constructed within the boundaries of the Company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements
•Visits job regularly, implements changes in methods, procedures, and timing
•Organizing schedules and working to tight deadlines
• Acting as project manager

(Skylight, Space-frame, Spider System, )
Develop the skylight section, Manage the expediting of specialized manpower, materials and equipment
•Steel designing of skylights, loads, fixing design
•Develop and maintain good relationship with General Contractors, Architects, Consultants
•Ensure compliance with contract requirements
•Supervise the activities of all construction projects activities including determining schedule, schedule of values
•Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., delays, change orders)
•Direct pre-construction services and activities(e.g., Re-design for submittal approvals
