 Provide technical leadership to the pipeline engineering team
 Provide technical authority for the pipeline Erection and procurement deliverables (reports,
drawings, material take offs, bid documents, bid evaluations, vendor documents
and similar)
 Support the pipeline package engineers
 Ensure schedule and budget targets are met
 Assist in the specification of materials and equipment and evaluation of bids.
 Preparation of cost estimates and schedules.
 Interface with field personnel to ensure Erection of pipeline. Route and workspaces
is adequate.
 Preparation of Construction Bid Packages and evaluation of bids.
 Interface with Client representatives during construction.
 Work within a project team environment to produce practical and economical cont.
