My main task was to insure the success of the event and develop the event to reach international standards.

The establishment was founded to manage the interests and stocks of its founder his main business is training, he owned 80% of al-Jazeera Experts for Training Co.
My main task was to insure the profit of the company and the progress of its branches,
The Group has 6 companies, Training, Office Equipment, Car Rental, IT Solutions, Real Estate Development, Safety & Security, I was the general manager at all companies as a group general managar .
Kafi Group consists of the following companies: 1. al-kafi Institute. Training & Human Recourses.
2. al-kafi for Office Equipment. Integrated office solutions.
3. al-kafi for Car Rentals
4. al-jazeera experts IT solutions.
5. al-jazeera Real Estate Development.

My main task was to ensure the stability progress of the established companies and to establish the new companies.
The group consisted of 2 companies when I first started,
Then we then had to establish the rest of the group.
I was the first ever in charge of such a department (marketing)
I had to establish the marketing department from scratch.
One company had been in the market for 17 years and the other for 10.
I had to rebuild the whole concept of marketing for the 2 companies starting with the logo, mission, vision and so forth.
Some of my management responsibilities: 1. Advertising.
⋄ Typical responsibilities: o Communicate with the advertising agency/Graphic designers' team to prepare the ads material according to the briefs that reflect clearly the marketing message required to be delivered through these materials.
o Prepare the related briefs stating the requirement/the aim of the ad that should match the image/message of the task.
o Develop and maintain a variety of media contacts.
o Seek new advertising ideas.
o Prepare a pitch of multi advertising agencies either every three years or when requested by the market.
o Prepare both the general advertising time plan and the seasonal advertising time plan if any.
o Prepare the budget study of the advertising plan.
o Coordinate with PR section to deliver public activities with all expected/required support.

Gold Purchasing: ✓ To prepare the annual gold sales plans for showrooms and monitor monthly performance against plan.
✓ To regularly monitor gold product inventory at showrooms and ensure that they are adequately stocked with their requirement of gold products.
✓ To regularly monitor gold product non-moving inventory in showrooms, assess the reasons for their slow / non-movement and implement appropriate action to dispose of such stock.
