Maintain and expend relationship with our guests by offering them an excellent
customer service in a unique way, different way to communicate and understand them
needs, offering alternatives and insure they will go satisfied from all points of view from
our shop and paying all attention is need it
• Extensive knowledge and knee understanding of sales principles, policies and
procedures, establish and implement these in providing efficient and effective hands-on
assistance and services and patrons; helps develop and manage convenient, including

• In charge of making the training of the new joiners by presenting our shop, our brands,
the way we deal with our customers, the steps we should fallow to offer them an
amazing customer service, the way it should be done the transaction, use of the till
point and POS, closing and opening procedures
• Give all attention to our guests from the time they enter in our shop, by greeting them
first of all, then offer our assistance, locate the materials and the information they
looking for and assist them in a friendly manner
• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly report of sales
• Making the feedback of the week and top 5
• Open and close the tills, count the float, the money and other currency
