Having certifications in British GAS BGAS-Grade 2 Painting Inspector, CSWIP welding Inspector Level-2, NDT level 2 in PT, UT, MT, API 510 pressure vessel Inspection Trained, familiar with API 650 code as well as IRCA Registered ISO 9001 Quality Management Lead Auditor certificate.
• A result oriented professional QA/QC experience and Project Quality Management and Team Management as Quality lead in EPC industries.
Coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives and monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.
Anchoring on-site erection & commissioning activities and ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, P &Id diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant and performing overhauling work of equipment, modifications & major repairs to improve equipment efficiency by faultfinding.
Finalising the contracts with negotiating with the contractors wherever required and putting up the recommendation for approval of management.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
• Construction in ABB 8C GAS TURBINE & AlSTOM STEAM TURBINE in 450mw Combined Cycle Power Plant (India) consists of HRSG (horizontal Gas flow with natural circulation type arrangement) and HP and LP pressure of STG.
