o Focus on approved business through closing the new business deals.
o Conduct sales meetings with targeted clients.
o Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries for targeted clients by email, telephone and personal visits.
o Maintain and develop a portfolio of key customer's relationship.
o Retain existing and acquire new accounts to consolidate their existing and/or new business that includes liabilities, assets, trade finance as well as cross selling CIB's affiliates.
o Ensure proper coordination with different bank areas to achieve objectives smoothly, enhance client relationship on maximize client's bottom line profitability to the bank.
o Report number and volume of sales calls and products sold to both the Business Banking Distribution Manager & Branch head on daily basis.
o Generate new bookings and follow up on closing large ticket deals in all liabilities, assets & trade finance products.
o Monitor and ensure regular feedback from all customers and strengthen after sales service.
o Establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisors and colleague's bank wide.
o Conduct sales meetings with targeted clients to achieve the required sales volume (Credit Cards - Loans).

o Study the stock market action to predict the future movement for the stock market.
o Prepare daily, weekly and monthly technical reports.
o Prepare intraday, daily, weekly and monthly recommendations to traders and clients.
o Monitoring markets to analyze trends that may impact trading strategic.
