• Manage the recruitment and selection process. Recruit, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Consult legal department to ensure that policies comply with the labor law.
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets the top management needs.
• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce turnover.
• Manage contracts with outside suppliers / headhunters.
• Build a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Recruitment:
- Implementing the annual recruitment plan.
- Matching candidates to available positions.
- Conduct candidate tests (IQ, skill efficiency, English language).
- Conducting initial interviews, assessments and check offer letters and employee contracts.
- Constantly maintain an up to date database of applicant CVs for reference and for future recruitment requirements.
- Ensure that recruitment procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Follow up with managers concerning the performance objectives for new recruits.
Training & Development
- Implement annual training plan, arrange for required training by preparing ahead of time commitments, registration, payments and communication with training provider, trainee and line manager or BUM.
- Ensure that training procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Responsible for gathering data about training providers and training costs for training budgeting purposes.
Fully responsible about all aspects related to training; (courses, instructors, and candidates, etc ..)
