● Handle all the warehouse operation (Storage, loading
- unloading, Staff, Safety, Facility)

keepers, and drivers)

● Ensure smooth and efficient operations from the
warehouse facilities
● Serves as an interface and coordinator for operations
between the customer and the warehouse staff/Contractor.
● Responsible for overall operation of the Warehouse
Management System (SSA)
● To direct daily activities of the warehouse, including
planning, forecasting and scheduling utilization of space
and equipment
● Programming facility and equipment maintenance,
Implementation and follow-up of safety programs/issues,
establish and maintain security procedures, develop
sanitation programs, submit and ensure accurate report s
are submitted.
● Oversee and supervise receiving, material management,
warehousing, inventory control, packing and distribution
operations.
● Verifying all material and goods received against transit
documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and
obvious damages; routing and directing material to
prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking or palletizing
material in accordance with prescribed storage methods;
rearranging and taking inventory of stored material;
examined stored material and reporting deterioration and
damage.
