• Remain abreast of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area.
• Gives assistance to the Project HSE Manager / Corporate HSE Manger with client's HSE requirements and assists in compliance.
• Assists in the implementing and maintaining of the certification of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Assistance with developing HSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
• Knowledge of and ability to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution.
• Knowledge of and adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements.
• Knowledge of job duties and responsibilities of the Company's HSE support staf.
• Basic knowledge of onshore techniques and the ability to recommend safe work practices.
• Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data.
• Accountable for providing Project HSE Manager / Corporate HSE Manger with feedback on HSE performance.
• Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems.
• Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
• Accountable for the supervision the administrator and record keeper on area specific HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
• Attends pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required.
• Conducts HSE audits and inspections.
• Conducts HSE presentations .
• Assists work site personnel and line management in development of work site HSE .
• Promote a positive Company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.
• Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.

• Creating HSE management system with the CEO of the company (HSE policy, Procedures, Safety Manual, risk assessment, COSHH assessment, fire risk assessment, accident report, incident report, Awareness sheet, induction system, safety training, auditory programs, inspection system, checklist of materials.
• Monitoring the Management system according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001and ensuring that our policy is well implemented.
• Supervising the workplace, materials, activities with supervisors.
• Road Safety plan.
• Ensure that Safety is at first place by spreading safety culture between employees.
• Providing safety meetings.
• Conducting Monthly safety report.
• Check and read the reports carefully.
• Provide emergency training to our employees.
• Using smart programs to perform our Health and Safety standards.
• Leading HSE team (supervisors, inspectors, agents...etc.)
• Evaluating the risk at workplace and disscus the measures proposed.
• PDCA method to improve our Health & safety line and meet the compliance.
• Provide safety training for our employees, subcontractors and visitors.
