 Pre-Launching Process 2007- 2008 to date:

Working under the supervision and guidance of an international and well-reputed study company (Kids Industry) to launch BARAEM channel:
•Shaping the channel’s Branding Strategy
•Studying the Arab market to know its needs and preferences
•Conduct on-going review of programming strategy by working with marketing and market research teams to understand audience demographics, viewing patterns and market competition.
•Setting the new channel strategy and its rerun policy
•Oversee the preparation of the program grid by supervising information collection on all programs to be broadcast.
•Ensure the harmony of the program grid with the channel’s editorial guidelines.
•Sit on the Acquisition committee and contribute to the acquisitions strategy.
•Liaise with Scheduling & Acquisitions with regard to new program purchasing, rights, territories, numbers of TX, and program delivery.

•Liaise with the production team to set needs and deadlines
•Coordinate with Public Relations and Marketing regarding future scheduled material and supply any information required including weekly and monthly planners, new titles and translations.
