• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, flexes, banners adv., and boards.
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Well known of the "Mimaki" printing machine and its usage.
• Responsible for ( Mupi ) ( vertical street boards ) and developing the communications between other companies and establishments.
• Interpreting the editor needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose.
• Estimating the time required to complete the work.
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Presentingfinalized ideas and conceptsto editors.
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, and Acrobat.
• Developing interactive design.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
