-Ensure facilities are maintained to support warehouse operations
- Responsible for staff development including performance feedback, recognition and coaching
- Hand over processing for Spare Part to Client
- Managing Policies and procedures related to receiving, Transfert and storage of Material.
- Management of inventory including distribution, inventory cycle counting, annual physical
- Identify and organization of pre-commissioning and commissioning Start-up material
- Coordinating with subcontractors for all material destinated for project.
- Receive equipment and material, perform damage inspection
- Organize and plan laydown and warehouse utilization
- Cycle Counting and/or Physical Inventory Process
- Responsible for oversight of receiving, storage, and issuance of a variety of inventory
- Receive material, perform damage inspection, and ensure compliance with the purchase order
- Support the site technical team for all information regarding receiprt material on site
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and gainst their trust and respect
- Hand over Spare Part Material to Client
- Receive materials into the warehouse and verify materials
- Ensure the updating of Data status material delivered to site and Elaboration reports
- General document traceability
- Coordinate with Construction on construction work planning and allocation of materials
