• Analyze user business requirements and needs to generate knowledge about the current business process. Set and manage user’s expectations recommending optimal business practices.
• Build gap analysis for requirements against available functionality and provide solution design.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot, conduct training sessions and provide user training manuals. Setup test environment, prepare test scenarios and perform system testing with end users. Setup the production instance and create setup documents.

system, maintaining system policies, procedures and integration of Oracle E.Business suite.

• Reporting project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons. Transferring application functionality knowledge and implementation experiences to junior consultants.
