• System configuration and support of Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules for Salam International group of companies.
• Analyze user business requirements and needs to generate knowledge about the current business process. Set and manage user’s expectations recommending optimal business practices.
• Build gap analysis for requirements against available functionality and provide solution design.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot, conduct training sessions and provide user training manuals. Setup test environment, prepare test scenarios and perform system testing with end users. Setup the production instance and create setup documents.
• Create responsibilities and assign it to users to grant access to the
system, maintaining system policies, procedures and integration of Oracle E.Business suite.
• Maintain issue logs concerning all open projects and submit regularly
progress reports regarding all activities and task.

• Raise and follow up SRs and communicate with Oracle support team till closure.
• Work with the developers, data base administrators to create, customize and test reports and forms required by the users. Supervise Oracle users in testing new implemented solutions or after applying patches.
• Setup test environment, prepare test scenarios. Train users and create training materials.
• Create responsibilities and assign it to users.

• Get the access details requirement from the client, create responsibilities and assign it to the users. Customize and test, reports and forms required by the customer.
• Post live support. Raise and follow up SRs in cooperation with the client IT team.
• Reporting project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons. Transferring application functionality knowledge and implementation experiences to junior consultants.
