I am responsible for ensuring and maintaining quality, health and safety by organizing training programmes on a periodic basis, performing internal safety audits and inspections and implementing process improvements and promoting awareness for building a safe environment for work. Some of my key achievements during this tenure are:
• Successfully executed quality, health and safety management plans and organized safety trainings for improving awareness regarding the safety measures.
• Reduced the incidences of accidents by ensuring compliance with the regulations, conducting ISO audits and hazards and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated excellence in managing projects and identified the contractors and implemented contractor rating system and organized trainings for new contractors.
• Efficiently maintained and updated the safety related documents including the audit reports, manuals, etc.
• Conducts training on JCIA and quality concepts
