• Leading external and internal audits "ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Pladis Global and AIB (American Institute of Bakeries) audits, Halal Global Audit, Zero Defect Audit" in term of responsibility of full Compliance for all requirements and targets Achievement & successes to the org. through all processes & supply chains.
• Assuring the compliance of company standards with local and global requirements “SFDA, ZDM, etc.”
• Preparing/Approving the technical written procedures & standards (SOP, WI, Form, Guideline) in the company.
• Leading Quality Regulatory Affairs for the locations against the Governmental Requirements.
• Leading Company Distribution Centers, Supply Chain WHs audits to all premises in Middle east of Pladis Global as per annul audit plan either announced & un-announced criteria
• Leading the External Suppliers Auditing for all Raw and Packaging material Suppliers in terms of Supplier Quality Assurance, Halal, Kosher, Vegetarians Stds. Requirements.
• Leading the food safety team & Systems creation, right implementation in co. “Pest Control Management, self-inspection & Internal auditing plans, GMP, GHP, personnel hygiene”
• Leading Food Defense Team “Multidisciplinary cross functioned Team” as per AIB Food Defense Std.
• A Main Member of Factory Excellence Team “QFS Star Phase”
& Main Crisis Management Team Leader (COVID Control, etc.)
Achievements:
• Full Implementation to HALAL System from Scratch as per Global Halal requirement, SFDA, GSO & Pladis Global STDs. passing through all chain’s Starting from Supplier Qualifications, Materials till final product.
• Full Implementation of Supplier Quality Assurance for All Suppliers with PU, RD, Lab team to reach 100% of Supplier & Material Compliance
• Initiate & Submit AIRSWEB Online System for MD factories Incident Recording, Tracking, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Upgrading ISO 22000-2005 to FSSC 22000-2010 as a quality management compliance improvement process.

Leading the consumer/costumer complaints root cause analysis sessions from
receiving, investigation, till closing the action plans
• Leading the external and internal audits "ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Pladis Global and
AIB (American Institute of Bakeries) audits" in term of responsibility of issuing,
tracking on action plans, follow up till closing all recommendations & NCRs
• Assuring the compliance of company standards with local and global requirements

Following up on Daily NCRs “Production and Quality Non- Conformity “with closing
the corrective action on floor depending on root cause analysis results.
• Internal audit planning, Performing, final reports issuing with recommended action
plans closing
• Handling consumer/costumer complaints from receiving, investigation, Conducting
the root cause analysis sessions till closing the actions.
• Leading the local and global Technical Standards: Track, Receive, Review and
distribute local and global standards and Specifications with cont. follow up
• Leading the update process of Standard Operating procedures, Guidelines & Work
Instructions in the company for multidisciplinary dept.
• Ensuring full submitting and applying of Zero Defect Ulker International Standard,
with the related external & internal auditing & follow up with closing of action
plans.
