Fully responsible for all administration and operations matters of the newly established division of Waha Capital PJSC, Waha Land Development. Some of the duties include but are not limited to; Providing objective and goal settings, support and advice to Chairman and senior Management of Waha Capital and Land. Building, maintaining and leading world class integrated and effective Waha Land teams. Proactive participation in closing key business deals/contracts, review and assessment of potential business deals. Establishing new internal systems/procedures.
The newly established WL team got engaged in its first challenge of developing a six (6) Sq KM land outside Abu Dhabi city. Full blown market research research/analysis was done by engaging world class consultant to determine the projects components and feasibility. Based on that the project investment, procurement strategy and phasing requirements were established. The team also completed the synergized master plan and the project required Budget of 3.8 billion AED for phase 1 by engaging a specialist Consultants from UK. Final approval by HHCP is sought now to proceed further with the project.

Responsibilities: Regional Manager for Abu Dhabi office that includes 55+ staff and is responsible for the General Management and Administration. Prior to this, my duties in the US have included Management of Business, Business Development and managing multiple projects. I have held positions as SVP, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. Serving in these full-time office and field positions on renovation and new construction projects, I developed a clear understanding of what is expected by the owner. My involvement in fast-track projects has also made me aware of the necessity to work closely with the Architect/Engineer and Owner in order to respond to project requirements as they arise. I was responsible for the overall delivery of multi Billion $US worth of projects (listed below)
